Far East Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Far East Sesame Ginger Blend
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup baby carrots
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions

1. Mix water, Spice Blend, soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl. Set aside.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in wok or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and carrots; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil and remaining vegetables. Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

3. Stir soy sauce mixture and add to skillet; cook and stir 1 minute until vegetables until evenly coated and sauce begins to thicken.
