Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cuban Seasoning
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 leaf McCormick® Gourmet Collection Bay Leaves, Turkish
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves, Mexican

Directions

1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice.
