2 1/2 cups water2 cups milk1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Thyme Leaves1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind1 cup instant polenta1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1. Bring water, milk, spiced sea salt, thyme and pepper to boil in large saucepan.
2. Whisking constantly, add polenta in thin stream. Reduce heat to low; stirring constantly, simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in ricotta, Asiago and Parmesan cheeses, and parsley until well mixed. Serve immediately.
