1. Mix vinegar, oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder and salt in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add orzo, papaya, cherries and almonds; toss to coat well.
2. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip: Papaya seeds may be added to curry dressing. Add dressing ingredients and seeds to blender container. Blend until seeds are the size of coarse ground pepper.
