1/3 cup cider vinegar3 tablespoons olive oil3 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection 100% Organic Curry Powder1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection 100% Organic Garlic Powder1/4 teaspoon salt3 cups cooked orzo1 papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed1 cup fresh cherries, pits removed and cut in half1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1. Mix vinegar, oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder and salt in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add orzo, papaya, cherries and almonds; toss to coat well.
2. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip: Papaya seeds may be added to curry dressing. Add dressing ingredients and seeds to blender container. Blend until seeds are the size of coarse ground pepper.
