1. Mix tangerine juice, honey and oil in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix Spice Blend and tangerine peel in small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade. Place in greased foil-lined baking pan. Discard any remaining marinade. Rub top of salmon evenly with Spice Blend mixture.
3. Roast 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with tangerine or sections, if desired.
