2 tablespoons olive oil2 whole Cornish hens (1 1/4 pounds each)2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Salt2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Rosemary Leaves, crushed1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Thyme Leaves1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hens on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil.
2. Mix garlic salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme and pepper in small bowl. Rub evenly over entire surface of hens.
3. Roast 1 to 1 1/4 hours until hens are cooked through.
