1/2 cup rice vinegar2 tablespoons sesame oil2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon peanut butter1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ginger, Ground1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Red Pepper, Crushed2 packages (6 ounces each) grilled chicken breast strips6 cups mixed salad greens1/2 cup coarsely shredded carrots1/2 cup alfalfa or bean sprouts1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1. Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic powder and red pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken breast strips; toss to coat chicken with marinade. Cover.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Toss salad greens, carrots, sprouts and radishes in large bowl. Top with chicken mixture before serving.
