1. Mix oil and seasonings in small bowl until well blended. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
2. For the Cucumber-Mint Sauce, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Serve with Cucumber-Mint Sauce.
