Paprika

Paprika, the mildest member of the Capsicum pepper family, was discovered by Columbus in the New World.

Usage Tips

Its bright red color makes it a pleasing garnish. Sprinkle on eggs, potatoes, fish and chicken. Use for browning chicken breasts. Add 1 teaspoon to 1/4 cup spice rub for beef or barbecued Pork.
