1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into julienne sticks
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped pitted green olives
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
1. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add carrots; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add garlic and Seasoning; cook and stir 3 minutes longer or until carrots are tender.
2. Spoon carrots into serving bowl. Add lemon juice, cilantro, olives, sea salt and pepper; toss to coat well.
